At Couchek you can buy our sofas with confidence as we offer a no hassle 30 day returns period from the date of your delivery. We do everything we can to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision on your purchase. We encourage you to double check measurements, space in your room & colour schemes before purchasing. We offer fabric samples to prevent any unexpected surprises on delivery.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging.
Products which cannot be returned
- Products you received over 30 days ago
- Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than to inspect)
- Products that have been damaged
- Products without original packaging and labels
- Products that have been assembled in any way
- Customised products in any way
To start a return, you can contact us at info@couchek.co.uk and we'll arrange with you to return it, or arrange for a collection. Once it gets back to us, you'll receive a full refund (minus any collection costs, if you use our service).

Damages and issues
It is very important that you inspect your order on delivery, because we’ll ask you to sign confirming that it is in good condition. If you’re not happy, let the delivery team know.
Our quality team checks all products to ensure they are to the very best standards before we deliver to you. If we have missed something or sent you something wrong, let us know as soon as possible, just contact us and our team will assess your complaint. We'll either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
How much do collections for return cost?
Our collection costs are £299 anywhere in the UK where we have delivered.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges, if you would like to exchange please cancel your existing order and place a new order.
Refunds
We will process your refund within 7 days of return of the products however different banks and card companies terms vary so please allow up to 10 days for it to reach your account.
